Data Removal Request

If you wish all personal data to be removed from Deseret Book (Art. 17 GDPR.EU) fill the data removal request form completely and in the select request type field choose "Remove my information completely".

Important Note:

Please note that when Deseret Book processes a data removal request, you will no longer have access to the following:

  • If you have subscriptions to programs such as Bookshelf+, Deseret Video+, or the auto-renewing Platinum Rewards, you will no longer have access to them. A data deletion request DOES NOT CANCEL subscriptions or stop automatic billings. If you want to cancel Bookshelf+, Deseret Video+, or Platinum Rewards (auto-renewing), please view the instructions to cancel Bookshelf+ or email service@deseretbook.com and request a subscription cancelation prior to a data removal request.  
  • If you have digital purchases such as eBooks or other downloads, you will no longer have access to them or the Deseret Bookshelf app.
  • If you are a member of Platinum Rewards, you will no long have access to the rewards information or be able to use or earn points in store or online.

Body: Please include your name, email address, physical address and any other personal information that you want removed.

If you are interested in being removed from the mailing list or email list rather than a complete data deletion, please view the instructions to unsubscribe from a marketing list, or send an email to service@deseretbook.com.
