Data Removal Request

If you wish all personal data to be removed from Deseret Book (Art. 17 GDPR.EU) please email privacy@deseretbook.com.  

       Subject:  Data Removal Request.  

Please include your name, email address, physical address and any other personal information that you want removed.

Important Note:

Please note that when Deseret Book processes a data removal request, you will not longer have access to the following:

• Subscriptions (Bookshelf Plus, DeseretVideo+,)  Data Deletion does not CANCEL subscriptions or stop automatic billings.  If you want to cancel Bookshelf Plus, Platinum auto renewal, or Video Plus, Please visit HERE  for instructions or email service@deseretbook.com and request a subscription cancelation.  
• If you had digital purchases such as Ebooks or other downloads, you will no longer have access to them or the Deseretbookshelf app
• If you are a member of Platinum Rewards, you will no long have access to the rewards information or use or earn points in store or online. 

Your If you are interested in being removed from the mailing list or email list, rather than a complete data deletion, send that request to service@deseretbook.com.
