How to Unsubscribe from Marketing Communications

Emails

If you wish to stop receiving emails, you can do so by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of a marketing email sent by Deseret Book:

You may also click on Manage Preferences, which will allow you to adjust how you receive emails from Deseret Book. If you need additional assistance email support@deseretbook.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: Email sent for purposes other than marking such as account creation, password reset, order receipts, eGift cards, related to a subscription (auto-renew) payment, or other essential functions from interactions you initiate with Deseret Book are required and unable to be unsubscribed from.

Physical Mail

If you wish to stop receiving physical mail, such as catalogs and coupons, please send an email to service@deseretbook.com with the name and address as it appears on the catalog, along with a brief message stating that you would like to stop receiving mailings. You can also submit a photo of the label.

Data Removal Request
