The free in-store pickup option is a great alternative to shipping to your address. However, there are some things you should know in store pick up of online orders.
Can I make an order and pickup on the same day?
No. When you select the option to pickup your order in the store, it is not as simple as reserving product in the store's inventory. Your order will still be packed and shipped from our warehouse, and delivered to the store of your choosing.
When can I expect my order to be in the store?
Delivery dates will vary by location. However, you can expect it to be around the same time of a regular shipment. As soon as you complete your order, you can expect that it will take 2-3 days for the order to be prepared in our warehouse. Shipments are scheduled, shipped, and received on schedules that vary by location, but you can still expect anywhere between an additional 4-16 business days before your order is received by the store and ready for pickup. How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive an email from the store once your item is ready to be picked up. Make sure you check your Spam folders if you expected your shipment, but still have not been notified. If you have any concerns about the status of your shipment, we recommend you give the store a call by finding the phone number at this website.
