If you wish to stop receiving emails, you can do so by clicking on the Unsubscribe buttons found at the bottom of your emails:
You will notice that there are two different buttons you can click that will take you to where you will be able to unsubscribe from our emails. You may also click on Manage Preferences, which will allow you to adjust how you receive emails from Deseret Book.
To unsubscribe from the Bookshelf Plus subscription, you will first have to log in to DeseretBook.com. Then click on My Account > My Subscriptions > Edit Subscription. Here, you will be able to make any adjustments to your subscription. To unsubscribe -- or cancel your subscription-- click on Edit Plan and follow the instructions on how to cancel.
Once you select to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period that has already been paid for. That means that if you cancel your Annual subscription, you will remain active until the end of the year that you have paid for, regardless of date. If you cancel your Monthly subscription, you will remain active until the end of the monthly billing cycle. There are no partial refunds for remaining time.
Our policy includes a 7-day grace period from the time of billing for the Bookshelf Plus subscription.
Platinum Rewards Membership
To unsubscribe from -- or cancel -- your auto-renewing Platinum Rewards Membership, please contact us stating you would like to cancel the auto-renewal in an chat, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to stop receiving physical mail, such as catalogs and coupons, please send an email to email@example.com with your full name, address, and telephone number, along with a brief message stating that you would like to stop receiving such mail.
