How to Cancel an Order

Currently, orders cannot be canceled directly through your online account. To request a cancellation, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order

What to Expect

If your order — or individual items within the order — has not yet been processed in our warehouse, we will cancel it for you and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Orders on backorder can also be canceled upon request.

Refund Timelines

Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the cancellation has been processed.

Gift Cards: If your original payment included a gift card, the refunded amount will be sent as a new eGift Card via email. Please note that funds will not be returned to the original gift card.

Personalized Items

Some items, such as imprinted scriptures, cannot be canceled once the personalization process has begun in our warehouse. If you're unsure whether your personalized item has already been processed, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
