Cancel Deseret Video+

Deseret Video+ is a program that grants unlimited access to Deseret Book’s video collection through through the Deseret Video mobile and TV apps, as well as the web at https://watch.deseretbook.com/.

How to Cancel Deseret Video+

To cancel the Deseret Video+ subscription, you will first have to log in to DeseretBook.com. Then visit your account, navigate to the subscription section, then click the "My Subscriptions" link.

Scroll to the Deseret Video+ section and click the "Subscription Details" link.

A popup modal will appear with a link to "Cancel Subscription"

Retail store purchase

When a Platinum Rewards membership is purchased from one of Deseret Book's retail stores, the membership is an one-time payemnt and valid one year from the date of purchase. A membership purchased in the store DOES NOT auto-renew or need to be cancelled.
