Log in at http://gospelink.com , and click on ‘Account’ in the upper right-hand corner. You will then need to ‘Update Billing Information’ to get the charge to go through. Make sure that you completely re-enter the entire card number, running all the numbers together without any spaces, or dashes. One side note – for some reason, you may have to do it twice for it to actually charge your card and renew the subscription. If you have any problems, please contact us.
If you have decided that you do not want to renew, you will want to let us know at email@example.com so that we can de-activate your account, otherwise renewal attempts will continue to be made.
